User manual for PANTHEON VET
Welcome to the user manual for PANTHEON VET!
The PANTHEON Vet business program is a solution for managing a veterinary clinic, as it combines the solution for managing the entire business in one place. It offers modules for work in veterinary clinics, as well as modules for managing accounting, personnel, payroll, travel orders, inventory, etc.
It enables veterinary clinics easy access via mobile devices for fieldwork, including handling payments and issuing invoices, archiving reports and other documentation, connecting to the VOLOS portal, CRHŽ, etc. With various functionalities, it covers daily tasks and typical challenges faced by veterinarians in the clinic and in the field, and offers everything you need to manage a small or large veterinary practice.
User manual for PANTHEON VET is intended to present the operation and functionalities of each module or how to perform a specific operation within PANTHEON Vet through examples. On the other hand, you will find in the Guide more technically oriented instructions. There we have detailed the individual windows, forms, fields, outputs, and other elements in PANTHEON.

Codes
For the correct, simple, and fast operation of the PANTHEON VET software package, it is important that the Codes are set up correctly.
You can modify, delete, or add new Codes so that they best suit your work and the organization of your veterinary business. In this chapter, we have prepared user cases for working with codes: owners and animals, identifiers (medications, materials, procedures), diagnoses, medical histories, etc.

Reception
The Reception module allows for easy management of client appointment reservations and an overview of the availability of employed veterinarians or branches/departments. The receptionist can quickly prepare consent for the procedure in the module, complete or enter data about the owner or animal, open a new case, and enter the medical history into it, send SMS to clients.

Case Management
The Case Management module encompasses key functionalities that veterinarians need in their work. In the case document, the veterinarian precisely describes the diagnostic procedure, attaches visual materials, laboratory results, etc. Withit records the exact usage of medications and other materials. The case document for the animal can be started and finished by the receptionist or the veterinarian, depending on the work processes in your veterinary clinic.
The case management module is an information center about the health status of the animal and at the same time the basis for further creation of issued invoices for services rendered.

Settings
The Settings allow for customization of the work process in each veterinary business. Settings are managed at the level of the company's operation, veterinary clinics, and individual veterinarians in the field. Settings affect the collection and display of data, which users can print in the form of outputs or the system automatically prepares and sends via email.

Animal History
The Animal History module allows for an overview of treatments and the health status of the animal. Employees in the veterinary business can easily obtain a list of all recorded treatments for the animal through the output, and can prepare an overview based on the type of treatment (vaccination, treatment, insemination, dental examinations, ...). In this way, the veterinarian has all the information about the animal in one place, enabling better work and diagnosis.

Billing of Treatments
The Billing of Animal Treatments modulerequires a variety of outputs, with which employees in the veterinary clinic have an overview of treatments for a specific period or for a specific animal. The module allows for sending invitations for vaccinations via email, reviewing bills for services rendered, analyzing inseminations, reviewing open cases that are still in process, printing medication usage, etc.

Mobile VET
Veterinarians providing services in the field use a simplified mobile VET application. The application works on Android systems and is connected to the same database as the desktop application - data is automatically synchronized. We have prepared a user manual for the mobile VET application, which guides you through the settings and use of functionalities.
