Subjects list
The Subjects list opens clicking 
button on the top of the Subjects registervpage.
IT enables quick and easy searching through the list of subjects in the header and by sorting in the columns.
1. Header
You can use the Tab key to move between the fields.

Search
|
Search the entered subjects by name and or tax ID.

Status
|
Filter entered subjects by their status:
- Active and inactive
- Active only
- Inactive only.
|
|
Subject type
|
Filter entered subjects by their subject type:
- All
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Customers and Suppliers
- No type.
|
2. Columns
The list enables sorting subjects and filtering them by condition in the following columns:

Selecting one or several travel orders enables work with several subject at the same time. |

Code
|
Subject’s short name (code). Selecting code opens subject detail information.
|
|
Name
|
Subject’s long name.
|
|
Address
|
The address (street, house number, city, etc.).
|
|
Tax No.
|
The subject’s tax registration ID, used for tax identification purposes.
|
| Status |
Active or inactive subjects, i. e. subjects shown on all documents. |
|
Subject type
|
Subject type(s) assigned for the subject.
|
