List of items
PANTHEON Web Light enables quick and easy searching through the list of items in the header (1) and by sorting in the columns (2).
1. Header
You can use the Tab key to move between the fields.

Registers
|
Shows different registers:
- Items (default)
- Classifications
- Item types
- Main measurement units.

Search
|
Search the entered items by name, code or barcode.
|
|
Status
|
Filter entered items by their status:
- Active and inactive
- Active only
- Inactive only.
|
|
Item types
|
Filter entered items by their item type, e. g. K – Goods from consignment, P – Own product, S – Service, B – Fixed asset etc.
- K – Goods from consignment
- B – Purchased goods
- C – Compound goods
- C – Compound goods – import
- C – Compound goods – export
- P – Own product
- P – Semi-finished product
- M – Material
- E – Packaging
- S – Service
- U – Compound service
- S – Service of non-resident
- B – Fixed asset.

Main unit of measurement
|
Filter entered items by their main measurement unit, e. g. day, kilogram, piece, etc.

Supplier
|
Filter entered items by their supplier.
|
2. Columns
The list enables sorting items and filtering them by condition in the following columns:

Active
|
A  (tick) marks active items, i. e. items available to be shown on documents.

Code/Item
|
Unique item code (short name).
|
|
Name
|
Long item name.
|
|
Retail Price
|
Item’s price incl. VAT
|
|
Sale price
|
Item’s first pricing level (excl. VAT).
|
|
Primary classification
|
Item primary classification code.
|
|
Secondary classification
|
Item secondary classification code.
|
|
Item type
|
Item type.
|
|
Supplier code
|
Supplier’s code for this specific item (a speaking or an EAN code).

Supplier
|
Primary supplier for the item.
|
Footer
The footer of the window shows the total number of all items.
