Adding tasks

In this section we will introduce how to add tasks in PANTHEON.

You can add a task to any form by clicking on the (Add a task) icon in the message bar of the form.

Clicking on the Add Tasks button will open a window for entering tasks that you can assign to yourself or to other users in PANTHEON.

Buttons in the task form.

Cancel a task Cancels and closes the current task.
Double the work Double the current task.
Close task Finish and close the current task.
Save Save the current task and changes to it.

 

Task fields:

Address Task title
Priority Priority is selected from the drop-down list of priorities
Worfklow (eWorkflow) The business process is selected from a drop-down list
Date Select the start date of the task
Template A template is selected
Start Select the start time of the task
Time Enter the duration
End The end time is selected
Assigned to User is selected
Department A Department is selected
Str. Operator Select a cost carrier from the drop-down list
Reproduced from Switch on if you want the task to repeat. At the same time, enter the repetition period.
Status Select the status from the drop-down list: pending, in progress, finished, waiting, cancelled
Progress Enter the % progress.
Text of the task Enter any text to the task

 

The Add link button opens the window for adding a link to the task. You can link documents, entities, contact persons and employees.
