General

 

General panel of the Accounting Dashboard displays the company's general information of the selected Database on Server.  It includes the address, tax and registration ID number of the subject as well as other general information.  Displayed is the data of the subject specified in This Company field in Administration Panel | Settings | Company.

1. Databases on Server

On the left part of the form are displayed all the databases on the Server we have access to.  We can select one or more databases, depending on what needs to be done or checked.

2. General Form Parameters

The General Form displays the data we have set in the Subjects register for This company.

Warning

All the displayed data is read only.  It can be modified by the administrator of the selected database in the Subjects register.

All the parameters shown are:

ID A unique ID of the subject, which by default represents its name.
Name 2 Additional subject's name, up to 255 characters long.
Name 3 Additional subject's name, up to 255 characters long.
Address Displays subject's address.
Postal Area Postal Code for the address shown above in the Address field.
IBAN Prefix It is a two-digit control character which is prescribed for IBAN format. The character is country-specific. 
Country Country name.
Distance (km) The distance from our company in the Postal Codes register will be displayed here in kilometers.  It is used for creating trips.
Business Documents Type of business document. It can be set to Traditional, Electronic or eDocument.
Latitude Latitude of company's address.
Longitude Longitude of company's address.

Type

 Type of information displayed.  It can be a telephone number, URL, E-mail, etc.
CIS ID of standard classification of institutional sectors from the CIS register. 
Activity Code Corresponding company's Activity Code selected from the official register.

VAT ID

 Company's VAT ID.
Registration Number Company's Registration Number.
Assigned SKIS Checked if the CIS is assigned to the subject.
