Treatment

On the tab Treatment we see all office visits for any treatment or examination of animals.

TIP The technical instructions for the treatment tab can be read in the Guide to PANTHEON VET in the chapter History of treatments under point 1.

In this chapter, we will present an example of reviewing the treatment records of an animal. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Review animal history | Treatment.

case description The veterinarian is interested in the treatments or care of the dog Poppy, owned by Jasna Jerebičar. They will look at this in the animal history review form. Follow these steps: Animal history review form Treatment Tab

1. Animal history review form

The responsible person wants to review the history of treatments for the dog Poppy on the animal history review form.

On the form, they already have the owner's and animal's details filled in: Jasna Jerebičar, dog Poppy.

TIP Instructions for searching for the owner on the animal history review form can be read in the chapter Searching in Animal History Review and Advanced search.

WARNING If the owner has multiple animals registered, the appropriate animal must be selected from the dropdown list of the field Animal.

Continues with reviewing the treatment history of the dog Poppy.

2. Treatment Tab

The program automatically opens the tab Treatment, where the treatment history for the selected animal is displayed.

The veterinarian can see details for each treatment regarding the date, related documents, type of treatment document, anamnesis, diagnosis, etc.

If we look at the first position or the first record of treatment:  

• Displayed is Date of the individual treatment or the veterinarian's visit: 25.05.2021
• In the field Treatment the type of treatment document is recorded: 21-CLI1-000006

TIP By double-clicking on the field Treatment the related created treatment document opens.

• In the next column, it shows related Documents, in our case: 21-3502-000001, which represents the delivery note for surgery.

• In the column Veterinarian it showswhich veterinarian performed the specific treatment: Valentin Veterinarian
• Further, there is a record of what kind of Anamnesis or Diagnosis was established. In our case, the anamnesis: Hip surgery.
• At the bottom, there is a field showing data on the services performed and materials used for the selected treatment document. So in our case, the responsible person sees that a narcotic NARKETAN and surgical equipment were used during the surgery.

TIP If in the Administrator Console we set that we are shelter, the history of treatments will also display data on Reviews and Daily Care.
