Show only active

Display only active or only inactive records of settings for veterinarians, the responsible person can review using the checkbox Show only active.

The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Codes | Settings for veterinarians.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The responsible person wants to review active and inactive entries in the settings for veterinarians. This is done by following these steps:

  1. Opening Settings for veterinarians
  2. Checkbox Show only active

1. Opening Settings for veterinarians

The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Codes | Settings for veterinarians.

A window opens with the entered settings for employed veterinarians.

TIP

The process of entering new settings for a veterinarian is described in the chapter Entering settings for veterinarians.

2. Checkbox Show only active

Checkbox  (Show only active) is checked by default.

When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.

In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review active and inactive entries. For this purpose, they remove the checkmark or uncheck the checkbox (shown in the image below).

Thus, inactive entries of settings, such as the settings for veterinarian Viktor, are also displayed in the list.
