6VD - Artificial Insemination - statistical data for the farm

Printout 6VD - Artificial Insemination - statistical data for the farm​ provides a printout of statistical data on the artificial insemination of animals. 

The printout is divided into three parts:

1. Summary of artificial insemination results on the farm

2. Overview of the farm by individual cows and heifers

3. Result of artificial insemination

Below we present an example of a printout of statistical data on artificial insemination for the farm.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE The cattle owner Eva Angus wants statistical data on artificial insemination for her farm or cattle. The responsible person will print the data for her. This is done in the following steps: Opening Calculation of treatment Entering criteria Selecting Type of printout  Printout Artificial Insemination - statistical data for the farm

1. Opening Calculation of treatment

The responsible person wants to print statistical data on artificial insemination for the farm of owner Eva Angus.

For this purpose, she selects the menu Veterinary | Calculation of treatment.

A form opens Calculation of animal treatment. 

She continues by entering criteria.

2. Entering criteria

Types of printouts can be limited by selecting different criteria. 

In the section Types of documents, she selects the type of document: HCL2 - Field - Valerija Veterinarian.

In the section Criteria in the field Owner she manually types "eva" and selects it from the dropdown list.

She continues to select the type of printout.

3. Selecting Type of printout

She wants to print statistical data on artificial insemination for the farm of Eva Angus.

In the section Type of printout the responsible person opens the tab Artificial Insemination and clicks or selects the type of printout: 6VD - Artificial Insemination - statistical data for the farm (as shown in the image below).

She continues with the printout.

4. Printout Artificial Insemination - statistical data for the farm

The preview of the printout is opened by the responsible person by double-clicking on the selected type of printout or by selecting the type of printout and clicking the button  (Printout).

The program opens the print window for the selected printout: 6VD - Artificial Insemination - statistical data for the farm.
