Button Print allows us to print the order for treatment or vaccination, which we can print and hand over to the owner personally or send via email.

TIP

Technical instructions and description of the button Print can be read in the chapter Overview by criteria.

Below we show you an example of sending a printout via email.

description of the example

Client Aleksander Boston wants to receive the order for treatment at the email address. The responsible person in the Reception module in calendar view uses filters to find the entered appointment and sends the printout of the appointment to the client. This is done in the following steps:

  1. Opening the Reception module
  2. Searching for the appointment
  3. Creating the printout
  4. Sending the printout via email

1. Opening the Reception module

The responsible person opens the module Reception, by selecting Veterinary | Reception.

A window opens on the last selected view option. In our case, on the tab Calendar view.

Continues with searching for the appointment.

2. Searching for the appointment

In the tab Other filters in the field Subject enters the name of the client Aleksander Boston and clicks the button Filter

The entered appointment for the selected subject appears in the calendar.

Continues with creating the printout.

3. Creating the printout

In the calendar, selects the desired appointment by clicking.

Creates the printout by clicking the button Print or using the keyboard shortcut Alt + N.

A print window opens with the generated selected printout 6VV - Order.

TIP

All important data entered in the appointment are displayed in the printout. Read more about entering a new appointment in the chapter Entering an appointment.

Continues with sending the printout via email.

4. Sending the printout via email

In the toolbar of the print window clicks on the icon (Send via email).
