Download mailboxes

With mailboxes you define the input and output method of documents in eDocumentation. On the Web Services, you can find pre-prepared mailboxes for basic processes, such as sending and receiving e-invoices, e-Posting, printing, and others.

You can download pre-prepared mailboxes in the Download mailboxes step in the Setup Wizard using the Web Services.

HINT

In this chapter, an example of downloading mailboxes using the Wizard is displayed.

You can open the Setup Wizard in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Settings | Documentation.

Case summary

The person responsible wants to quickly transfer the pre-prepared mailboxes to the company's register using the wizard. This is done as follows:

  1. Method of importing mailboxes
  2. Selecting mailboxes to download
  3. Transferring mailboxes to the register

1. Method of importing mailboxes

The person responsible wants all types of pre-prepared mailboxes that do not exist in the register yet to be transferred, and the existing ones to be overwritten.

The person responsible wants to download mailboxes compatible with the localization for the Republic of Slovenia.

In the Setup Wizard, the person responsible selects the Download Mailboxes step.

In the Import Type section, the person responsible checks the checkbox for the Add/Update type.

In the For country field, the person responsible selects the localization SI from the drop-down list.

Continues to select mailboxes for transfer to the register.

2. Selecting mailboxes to download

Among the preset mailboxes, the person responsible selects the ones that meet the company's needs.

HINT

More types of mailboxes and eDocumentation packages that meet your needs can be found in the chapter About eDocumentation.

The person responsible chooses the Transfer from Server button to download the mailboxes to the preview list.

By checking the checkbox Yes/No, for each position, the person responsible selects the mailboxes the person responsible wants to transfer to the register.

HINT

By clicking on the button in the list of mailboxes you can see detailed information about each mailbox.

 

The person responsible continues to transfer to the register.

3. Transferring mailboxes to the register

The person responsible wants to transfer the selected mailboxes to the register.

To transfer the selected mailboxes to the register, the person responsible chooses the button Transfer into Register.

Clicking the OK button in the window Information the transfer of the selected mailboxes to the register is successfully completed.

HINT

You can check the mailboxes register in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Settings | Documentation | Mailboxes.

By clicking the Next button, the person responsible continues to the next step Download WF definitions in the Setup Wizard.
