Separate pricing

The Separate pricing panel is located in the Items/products window. Separate pricing means that the sale prices for the points of sale at different locations can be calculated differently (separately).

WARNINGS
  • Separate sale price calculations for individual warehouses should ONLY be used if such warehouses represent a points of sale at a different location, which applies its own pricing policy and for which the pricing levels are therefore calculated separately from the other points of sale and separately from the prices at the central warehouse.
  • If you navigate to Settings | Items | General data in PANTHEON Web and select (check) the option Allow separate pricing for each warehouse, the program enables you to create and view data on the separate sales price calculation for an individual warehouse.

The following information is included in the separate sale price calculations:

Warehouse

From the drop-down list, select the warehouse for which you want to set the separate sale price calculation. You can select any warehouse that is allowed to create a separate sales price calculation, i.e. any warehouse with the checkbox Separate pricing for this warehouse checked.

After selecting the warehouse to which this data applies, the remaining fields of the calculation are populated by default with the data from the general sale price calculation, which can also be changed.
