Working Hrs Planning

 

The Working Hrs Planning submodule is accessible via the menu Personnel | Calendars | Working Hrs Planning.

Employee working hours planning shows an overview of planned employee work.  It enables you to add absences, enter working hours, and copy planned working hours between employees.

The module consists of the following functional units (Use this for User Guide):

Planning working hours for employee The functionality allows you to create absences, enter working hours, and copy planned working hours between employees.
Review of the work planning for department This chapter presents a case of reviewing the created planned working hours for the department.
Entry of new absence This chapter provides an overview of entering new absences for an employee.
Print report of planning This chapter presents a case of creating a report for workforce planning.
