Employee Working Hours Planning

Employee working hours planning shows the overview of planned employee work. It enables you to add absences, insert working hours and copy planned working hours between employees.
The top left part of the form shows the calendar for the current and next month.

By dragging the mouse pointer you can select the desired days of the month. Selected days are then shown on the right part of the screen, which is described in more details under topic 7. Review according to the entered Criteria.
Shown are the shifts set under Settings l Personnel l Time Terminal l Working Hours

When planning, these shifts can be drag&dropped to the desired day for the employee.
Adding absences works in the same way as adding shifts. Drag&drop it to the desired day for the employee.

If selected, the program will print the leave which will include all elements defined in the program parameters |
Working Saturdays |
With this option you can define if an employee has working Saturdays |
Working Sundays |
With this option you can define if an employee has working Sundays |
Non-Working Days |
When the checker is selected, then the absences will be written to the employees info for a non-working days (Saturday and Sunday).
The checker will automatically be selected if we already marked it in Absence overview. Here we can manually change the checker.

You can choose a cost center or leave empty to apply to all cost centers |

Check To-Do Tasks |
By enabling this option while entering the leave, the program checks for any To-Do tasks assigned to the employee we are about to enter the leave. If there are open tasks during the leave, we can assign those task to the substitute user. |

With a click on this button, the program will open the Absence Overview form |

Once, you have defined all required information, you can click on the Create New Absence button |
If there are To-Do tasks during the absence time of the employee and Check To-Do Tasks option is enabled, the program open the following form.

We can choose the substitute user to perform planned work of the absent user.
Fill in Calendar button is located Below the Add Absences button. You can use it to fill in the working hours based on the chosen criteria.

After inserting all the required data click copy to fill in the working hours to the calendar |
If one or several employees need to have the same plan, then we can plan work for one employee and then copy the plan to others. To copy the plan between the employees click on

HINT
Before clicking the copy plan between employees buton position yourself on the employee you selected as the origin. The field From Employee will automatically be filled with the selected employee.

If the employee you selected as the origin for copying working hours to other employees has absence during the period of selected starting and ending date, the following note will pop up:

By confirming it, for the days of absence the plan will not be copied.
We can filter the view on the right side of the form by selecting from the following parameters:

Warning
After transfering to Task, the night shift is split into two lines. The first one with the time from the beginning of the night shift until 00:00 hrs and the second one from 00:00 until the planned end of the night shift.
