Working Hours
You can access the Working Hours module via:
Here you can set working hours for your company and other rules covering working hours regime and employee registration. Set working hours and link them with individual employees.

Taskbar offers you the following commands:

Click it to open wizards menu offering the following:

Click it to copy a working hours regime. |

Enter the following fields:
Number |
Enter a working hours ID. |
Shifts |
Enter or select an ID of shift.
 |
ET Before |
Enter or select an ID from Calendar Entry Types for monitoring outside planned working hours. This way you set entry type before the start of planned working hours.

ET After |
Enter or select an ID from Calendar Entry Types for monitoring outside planned working hours. This way you set type after the end of planned working hours. |

In case you do leave the earnings type before and after planned working hours empty, the type set for planned working hours will be used. |
In addition set the following lines:
Line |
Displays a line number which you can change at will. |
Day |
Enter or select a specific day. |
Shift |
Choose a Shift, if you have certain shifts in the company. Information is optional. |
Start |
Set exact time for start of working hours. |
End |
Set exact time for end of working hours. If you entered a greater value in start field, you receive the following message informing you that you have to make according changes: Start must be before end! |
Type |
Enter or select an entry type. Select them from Calendar Entry Types. For example you can select regular work, lunch break, overtime, private exit, etc.

Department |
Choose the department of your company or leave blank to see the main company calendar. |
Usage |
Enter usage of available working time. Set it for resources in calendars.

The calendar table on the right displays:
Columns |
Display a cycle in an individual day. |
Lines |
Display hours of day. |
Cell |
Displays an hour in a specific day in cycle. If colored, it represents working hour. |
