Minimum / available stock

Overview of the minimum stock allows for the overview of the deviations from the minimum, maximum and optimal stock. The data about minimum, maximum and optimum stock of the item is contained in the items register

CASE SUMMARY

The person responsible wants to review the minal and available stock..

1. Determining criteria for the preparation of the report

The person responsible opens the stock card report preparation form by clicking on the Reports module from which they choose the Stock submodule.

In the Type of overview field, located in the header of the form, they choose Stock card from the drop-down list.

They enter no criteria in the Warehouse field as they want an overview of all warehouses.

They continue by entering information into the Item type field, where they choose items of B - Purchased goods type from the drop-down list.

In the Item field, they enter the item they want to look at from the list. In this case, they enter BEER - BOOR.

In the Date from and Date to fields, the person responsible enters the time period they want to analyse. In this case, they choose the time period from January 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020.

The program updates the data in the list so that it meets the entered criteria.

WARNING

When no criteria for displaying the report is entered, the program lists the data for all warehouses and all items in the list of stock cards.

 

 

2. Sorting data

The person responsible can further sort the list and thus speed up the review of the report.

In this case, the person responsible wishes to only look at documents of 3210 type.

For this purpose, they click on the Document field which opens the drop-down list.

In the Filter by condition field, from the drop-down list, they choose: Contains.

In the empty search field, the person responsible enters the search word 3210 and clicks on the Submit button.

The program updates the list and displays only the items that fit the specified criteria.

 

 

HINT

In the same way as shown in this chapter, data can be filtered by all columns.

3. Previewing and printing of the report

The person responsible wishes to print the report with selected criteria. Various print formats are available.

For this purpose they click on the Print button which is located in the upper right corner.

They choose the desired format from the drop-down list. In this case, they choose 143 - Warehouse card.
