Import Absence from Excel

In the absence overview window in the command bar, by clicking on the
Import/Export Data button, we have the option to Import absences from Excel.

For correct import of absences from Excel, use a predefined Excel Template.

To load the excel file choose File path and click Open.

Click
to transfer absence to Absence Overview.
Click Transfer Additional to transfer records with Logical Errors.

If enabled, it show that the record is selected to be imported. |

User ID from the Employee Files for the employee. |

First and last name of the employee. |

Absence Type from Calendar Entry Types |

Start date and time of the absence. |

End date and time of the absence. |
| Year |
Year of the absence. |
| Closed |
If enabled, the finished option will be enabled at the import. |
| Non-Working Days |
If enabled, the non-working days option will be enabled at the import. |
| Status |
Show the status of transfer. |
