Performed Tasks
The tab Performed Tasks shows a list of performed tasks on the case with Fiscalize invoices list. Here you can see review and create invoices based on customers Expance percentage.
We access Performed Tasks in Cases toolbar when we select Internal no. of the selected Case.

Subject

Tasks for woek done on the case from the calendar and the time spent creating documents.

Overview of the fiscalized invoices for each task. Here we can crete invoices based on customer Expense percentage and view already issued invoices.
Customer

Name of the customer on the Case.

Service Date |
Date when the service work was done.

Invoice date |
Date when the invoice for the service was created. |
Expense percentage % |
Customer Expense percentage set in Participants in the case. When generating invoices, the expense percentage is taken into account. |
Invoice number |
ID number of the invoice. Click on the Invoice number opens document details. |
Invoiced |
Invoice status:
- Invoice issued
- Invoice issuance is not required. The service details are not shared with this subject.
- The invoice for the service has not been issued yet. |
