Case Details
In Case Details are all information about an existing Legal Case. On the form we can change or edit the case data.

The form opens when we select Internal no. of the Case on the Case list.

In Toolbar we can access the following content related to the case:

Internal auto generated ID number of the legal Case. Internal no. is created when new case is Saved. |
Save |
Button saves the changes. |

Button closes the form without saving entered data. |
Fields where we can edit the basic data of the new legal Case.
Customer
|
Client or multiple clients of the case. We select them from Subject register.
To enter new Subject select button and follow instructions Create new subject.

Case Number |
Unique identifier assigned to a legal case by a court for tracking and reference purposes.
 |
IMPORTANT
Case number is only applicable in court cases.

Other party  |
Opposing party or multiple parties from Subject register in legal case.

Representative  |
Person or entity from Subject register authorized to act on behalf of other party in legal case. Representative of other party.

Case status
|
Status of the case.
You can choose between:
- In progress - working on the cas
- Inactive
- Completed - clossed case

Competent court |
Court with the legal authority and jurisdiction to hear and decide a specific case.

Person responsible |
Person authorized from Employees to act on behalf of customer in legal case. |
Participants |
Other participants from Employees in legal case. They must be PANTHEON Web users. |
Dispute value |
Monetary amount or financial stakes involved in a legal case, used to determine jurisdiction or court fees and select currency.
The software default currency is selected automatically, but you can also choose from other available options.

Competent court |
The court with the legal authority and jurisdiction to hear and decide a specific case.
Competent court codebook is preset and the user cannot edit it. |
Opened on |
Opening date of the case. By default, today's date is selected |
Completion Date |
Case closing date, if is known. |
Case Description |
Additional case description.
