In Registers we can review and edit all registers necessary for operation of PANTHEON Web Legal.
Here you can find registries such as Subject register, Items register, Templates etc.

We access Registers in PANTHEON Web Legal main menu.

Below you will find links to the technical manuals for individual Register:
- Subjects - contains data about all subjects (entities) with whom the company does business: both individuals (natural persons) and legal persons.
- Items/products - contains data about products e.g services you purchase or sell.
- Tax. rates - register is intended for a correct calculation and posting of value added tax (VAT). It contains all types of taxes and their tax rates, used for purchasing and selling goods and services.
- Payment methods - register serves as a list of all possible methods of payment that can be used.
- Doc. texts - register is intended to preprepare texts for invoices or orders. This way, you can have a set of clauses used for individual types of orders, invoices or other documents for your business partners. At creating the documents, you can then select one or several texts at a time from a drop-down menu.
- Postal codes - postal codes are already imported from the webserver and included in the database, but you can also add both local and foreign new postal codes.
- Delivery methods - delivery method register is used to manage the different delivery options.
- Personnel - register is used for keeping records of positions of employees.
- Fixed assets - register is used for keeping records of company Fixed assets.
- Documentation - settings to manage Documentation settings like Default document classifications, Import mailbox, Classification scheme and Workflows.
- Templates(in progress) - additional register unique to PANTHEON Web Legal. Templates register for the preparation of legal documents for faster creation of new recurring documents.
