Documentation

 

In Settings | Documentation, you can find several settings:

  1. Default settings section 
  2. Mailboxes with a list of mailboxes
  3. toolbar with the Import mailbox button to import mailboxes from the server (see separate chapter)

 

 

1. Default settings

Here, you can set the default value for creating documents in documentation.

The selected document type can also be connected to a classification. This means that when creating a new document in documentation, it will always have the same value and the same classification, but you can then also change these values when creating documents. Both the document type and the classification are already predefined in the database.

Default settings are on the user level, so each user can set their own default document types.

This feature simplifies and speeds up entering data into the program.

 

2. Mailboxes

The list of mailboxes has columns with the following information:

Name

Mailbox name. Clicking on the mailbox name opens Mailbox - General information.

Subject

The provider (in the case of bizBox, it is "Our company").

Classification

Each mailbox can be linked to a specific classification. Input documents are classified with the selected classification. According to the classification, the storage and workflow are also defined (if set on the classification).

Login

Usernames and passwords (in the case of bizBox, it is the username and password for bizBox, which is associated with a specific user).
