AR00 - Depreciation/Indexation of Fixed Assets

 

 

The AR00 - Depreciation/indexation of fixed assets module is used to manage the deprecation and indexation of fixed assets (FA) used within the organization and to calculate the gradual decrease in value of FA over their useful life. It ensures that FA values are accurately adjusted over time in accordance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal financial policies.

The AR00 module is used to calculate business and tax depreciation, generate Reports and post the calculation directly to the General Ledger.

It also shares the same structure and functionality as the DI00 - Depreciation/indexation of small tools module. As such, all procedural steps and configuration options described in this guide, also apply to the DI00 module.

 

This module can be accessed by selecting Financials | Fixed assets | Depreciation Calculation | AR00 - Depreciation/indexation of fixed assets
