IN00 - Fixed Asset Inventory Count

 

 

The IN00 - Fixed Assets Inventory Count module is used for regular verification of a company’s fixed assets (FA) or small tools. It provides a structured and systematic approach to recording and verifying the existence, condition, and location of assets across the organization. 

In cases when a company manages a large number of FAs or small tools, the use of a barcode scanner is recommended. Scanning the barcode of each FA allows the program to quickly identify and match it with existing records in the database, which reduces the risk of manual data entry errors and ensures greater accuracy during the inventory count.

 

The IN00 – Fixed Asset Inventory Count module can be accessed by selecting Financials | Fixed assets | Inventory Count | IN00 – Fixed Asset Inventory Count
