Enter formulas used in non-standard pricing in the Formula register.

Formulas are an exceptionally powerful tool for determining non-standard pricing. You can use them with variable prices which can then be set on the basis of defined criteria.

Most often they are used for contract prices and with pricing according to a) quantity of consumption and b) fixed nonstandard margin (e.g. there's a 7% margin on gross purchase price for a certain customer).

Enter the following:

ID Enter a three-digit formula ID.
Name Enter formula name for transparency sake.
Formula Enter or change a correctly formulated expression used in pricing.

For detailed treatment on syntax and operators that can be found in formulas see the following:

21095.jpg Click this button to test the formula (for more information see Testing and Correcting Formulas).).

The formula test checks normal controls and whether you put the appropriate variable name between the number signs (#) (see the list below). If you reference the variable between the number signs (#) which is not listed below, the formula test returns an error (see Variable XX is not defined at this location!).

Description Here you can enter any text on how the pricing formula is carried out.
21096.jpg Click it to copy the selected formula to a new one. Change the formula ID and make any other change.

Formula is a mathematical expression comprised of variables, mathematical symbols and logical expressions.

Variables Used in Pricing

KOLICINA Quantity
CENRAZRED Denotes price bracket, which can be 1, 2 or 3.
POGCENA Denotes a special price (from Contract Prices).
CENA Denotes a price valid on the basis of the price bracket set with the subject.
MPCENA Denotes retail price (excluding tax) that can be found in Pricing/Costing panel of Items register or separate pricing (LKPC) according to the selected warehouse.
VPCENA1 Denotes wholesale price that can be found in Pricing/Costing panel of Items register or separate pricing (LKPC) according to the selected warehouse.
VPCENA2 Denotes wholesale price 2 that can be found in Pricing/Costing panel of Items register or separate pricing (LKPC) according to the selected warehouse.
SESTAVNICA Denotes price in specification that can be found in Pricing/Costing panel of Items register or separate pricing (LKPC) according to the selected warehouse.
KOSOVNICA Denotes a price calculated using the formula in specification (as set in the Program Parameters).
NABACENA Denotes purchase price (as set in Program Parameters).
NABACENA Denotes a supplier's price (Supplier Price field from the Costing panel in the Items register).
BNABACENA Denotes purchase price ("Gross in LCY" field from the Costing panel in the Items register).
PRIMKLAS

Denotes primary classification price ("Gross in LCY" field from the Costing panel in the Items register).

PRIMKLAS Denotes primary category price ("Gross in LCY" field from the Costing panel in the Categories register).
SEKKLAS Denotes secondary classification price ("Gross in LCY" field from the Costing panel in the Categories register).

Additional Variables

They are used for valuating prepartion and production resource costs in manufacturing MF. For instances where this formula is used see:

RESURSTPZ1 Denotes fixed resource costs 1 (first field of preparation resource costs).
RESURSTPZ2 Denotes fixed resource costs 2 (second field of preparation resource costs).
RESURSTPZ3 Denotes fixed resource costs 3 (third field of preparation resource costs).
RESURSTPZ4 Denotes fixed resource costs 4 (fourth field of preparation resource costs).
RESURSTPZ5 Denotes fixed resource costs 5 (fifth field of preparation resource costs).
RESURSTN1 Denotes variable resource costs 1 (first field of production resource costs).
RESURSTN2 Denotes variable resource costs 2 (second field of production resource costs).
RESURSTN3 Denotes variable resource costs 3 (third field of production resource costs).
RESURSTN4 Denotes variable resource costs 4 (fourth field of production resource costs).
RESURSTN5 Denotes variable resource costs 5 (fifth field of production resource costs).

000001.gif Instead of the above specified preset variables you can perform pricing also by creating a stored procedure (for more information see Using Stored Procedures in Pricing Formulas).
000001.gif To see how prices are generated on the basis of the entered data, see Pricing Hierarchy!
000001.gif See Taskbar for a general description of its functions.
