Report criteria window
Where reports are more complex, clicking the 
(Report), icon in the toolbar opens a window for selecting additional report criteria (for a use case, see chapter Subject reports).
The information in the report preview is used to limit the report to the desired criteria. If no criteria is entered, the program will report on all the data from the register. The available report criteria varies for each report type, which is why they are described in the chapters where they are used.
After selecting the desired report format and entering any report criteria, the report preview can be opened in two ways:

From the toolbar of the criteria selection window, by clicking the 
(Reports) icon .

From the list of report types, by double-clicking the desired report with the left mouse button.
