Account balance XXX Prior to journal entry XXX On journal entry YYY Total balance ZZZ

When you click the Account Balance option from the right-mouse click menu of the item of browsed posts the progam displays account data in the currently selected journal entry item:

  • Account Balance: account ID (in this case: 1100)
  • Before Journal Entry: information on account balance prior to the selected journal entry. The amount has the abbreviation DB (debit balance) CR (credit balance).
  • On Journal Entry: transaction balance in the currently selected journal entry. The amount has the abbreviation DB (debit balance) or CR (credit balance).
  • Total Balance: total balance of the selected account. The amount has the abbreviation DB (debit balance) or CR (credit balance).

All information are in the local currency.

Click OK   to close the window.
