1. Adding Orders And Adding From Dispatch List
With adding of customer orders on issue (from
the orders or through the dispatch list)
also check the existence of hard allocations.
a) If the hard allocation exists, it gets discharged to the amount of
allocation. If the item as well as its serial number have been allocated, the
hard allocation gets discharged by both criteria.
b) If the hard allocation does not exist (if the issued number is greater
than the allocated), the issue is possible till the amount of remaining stock for
sales. Here you have to take into account the allocated amount as well as the
allocated serial numbers.
Transferred!
Transferred - serial numbers added!
Non-transferred - no stock!
Non-transferred - allocated serial number is not on stock!
2. Quantity Control At Issues Without Link To Order Or Dispatch List
In case the stock of items in the warehouse is greater than the entered
quantity in the lines of issue, but the quantity is partially of fully
allocated, such an attempt results in an error note "The
quantity is already partially or fully allocated!".
(If the entered quantity in the line of issue is greater than the actual
stock, such attempt of issue returns a bit different error note - see "Stock
can not fall below zero".)
3. Control of Allocated Serial Numbers With Issues Without
Link to Order or Dispatch List
In case, this is the stock of serial numbers of the item
on the warehouse is greater than the entered quantity in the line of issue,
but the serial number is partially or fully allocated, such attempt results in an
error "Serial Number Is Already Partially Or Fully
Allocated!”.
(If the serial number that is not on stock is selected on
the issue, such an attempt returns a bit different error note - see “Serial
number (xx) is not on stock!”.)
