Placing the pointer in line of manufacturing specification in WO Work Preparation panel and right-clicking it opens a menu offering you the following options:

 

Edit Line Opens a window for adding lines of specification plus offering a possibility of adding operations of technological procedure. The function can be observed when you place the pointer to any line in Specification panel:
Print Documentation63003.gif Select or deselect a line to be included in displayed documentation. The right-click menu can be accessed from lines in Materials or Operations panel.
Hard Allocations
 It is used for updating allocated quantities on work order. The right-click menu functions can be accessed when positioned in lines of Materials panel.
  • Allocate Quantities for Line - Allocates quantities in the selected line of WO.
  • Allocate Quantities for WO - Allocates quantities of the selected WO.
  • Release Allocated Quantities for Line - Releases allocated quantities in the selected line of WO.
  • Release Allocated Quantities for WO - Releases allocated quantities of the selected WO.

Allocations must be executed completely otherwise a corresponding message is returned.

 

Lines of work order must not be marked as closed:
