1. Selecting a Register

First open the Items register from the menu.

You can also open the register using the function key 005426.gif, or by clicking the shorcut; icon, set in the taskbar.

2. Entering Custom Fields

Select Custom Fields from the menu.

Enter the data, which you have previously specified in the Administration panel | Program Paramaters | Items | Custom Fields.

You can set default values for individual category (see Categories register | Custom Fields).

Data entered here can be used in various reports.
