1. Selecting a Register

First open the Subjects register from the menu.

You can also open the register using the function key 017461.jpg, or by clicking the shorcut; icon, set in the taskbar.

2. New Standard Classification of Economic Activities

 

On November 1st, 2008 new standard classification of economic activities came into force.

 

Select 028301.png from the wizards menu 022256.jpg allowing you to enter new IDs for individidual company.

Clicking 035863.png collects data and they are displayed in form.

 

You receive a notification when data collection is finished.

ID of company activity that was in force till December 31st, 2007 is offered from the Subjects register (Old ID). New ID entered into force from January 1st, 2008. Wherever IDs are distributed with the ration 1:N (that is, the old ID is distributed to more that one new ID), only those IDs stemming from the old ID are offered.

 

Data in the field Changed on (from the old ID to the new on) can be viewed in order to see which companies have already moved to the new classification and which have not (in case new classification will become valid in a period longer than one day).

Click  035866.png in order to finish procedure.

 

New ID of classification of economic activities replaces the old one in the Subjects register.
