• a new incident: that is, if you checked Attachment in the window for submitting an incident or in the window for answer. After saving incident, a window is opened where you can select attachments (by clicking ).
• every answer to incident: To attach a file or files to the answer you have to check Attachment in dialog window for answer. After saving the answer (by clicking ), a window for selecting attachments is opened.

You can attach up to three files. To attach more files, enter a new answer and attach files to it.

The window where you can attach up to three files also displays incident's internal ID.

• Either type in the full path and file name.
• Or, click the button to open a standard File Open dialog.

Click the button to upload attachments.
