Registration and First Access to the User Site

First Visit of the User Site

PANTHEON

The PANTHEON User Site is a central support platform that provides help content, documentation, video tutorials, forums, updates, and other self-service resources for users of the PANTHEON system.

Registration is recommended because it enables a personalized user experience, including access to interactive features such as forums and comments, as well as context-sensitive help tailored to the user’s current work in PANTHEON.

The registration is initiated through the PANTHEON program and continues with the following steps:

1. Log in to PANTHEON

The user logs into the PANTHEON using their username and password.


After logging in, the user selects the Help menu and clicks one of the available links to the User Site:

• Help Contents,
• What’s New,
• Video Tutorials,
• Examples,
• Forums,
• Remote Support and
• Help desk

The User Site opens in the default web browser.

2. User Site registration form

The user acknowledges the GDPR notice on the form and closes it.

The user registration form is displayed with prefilled data from PANTHEON.

Hint A new account is created based on the serial number of the PANTHEON license and the name of the company that is the holder of the license.

The user completes the required fields marked with an asterisk and reviews the remaining fields.

The user first enters a display name and email address.

Next, the user enters a username and password that will be used to log in to the User Site.

Hint The username is prefilled and similar as in PANTHEON and cannot be changed.

The preferred language is also selected.

The user completes the registration by clicking the Refresh Data button.

A GDPR notice is displayed again, so in the next step the user reviews and adjusts the GDPR settings.

3. GDPR settings

The user select the GDPR tab.
Next selects the preferred communication method (phone, email, or postal mail, or a combination of these) and confirms the selection by clicking the Refresh Data button.

4. User site login

After finishing the GDPR settings, the User Site registration is complete and the user is already logged in to the User Site and can start using all available features.

Login from PANTHEON is now automatic, or the user can also sign in to the User Site using a username and password, as shown in the instructions here.
