To create a report of product specification select Technological Procedures in the Spec Reports window and click the report button.

Using it you can create a report displaying lines of operationin technological procedure in product specification.

Here you can restrict displayed data by a specific item type.

Here you can observe the following data:

 

Report Name Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Technological Procedures - appears here.
Product ID Displays ID of specification - that is, top-level ID.
Level Displays component/item level - according to technological procedures.
Item Displays ID and name of specification used in report - item header containing technological procedures.
Alt. Displays alternate to which a line is linked.
Line Displays number of line in specification.
Operation Displays ID and name of the operation.
(description) Displays a name (short description) of the operation.
Item Type Displays an item type.
Tpr Displays production time of operation. It is expressed in unit of measurement used or as batch of a specified volume if Recalculate Requirements is checked. If you have not checked it, then the displayed production time of operation is equivalent to the product quantity, that is, volume.
Batch Displays the number of batches in line.
U/M Displays unit of measurement (U/M) used.
Volume Displays volume in line.
Resource Displays ID and name of resource used in operation. It is only displayed when work operations are in question.
Produced / Hour Displays product quantity produced per hour.
Tsu Displays set-up time of operation. It is expressed per production series in specification.
(dditional information) Displays additional information of operation giving extended description.

 

Resource

(ID) Displays resource ID.
(name) Displays name of resource.
(quantity) Displays time resource was used in operation.

 

Tool

(ID) Displays ID of tool. .
(name) Displays name of tool.
(quantity) Displays number of tools used in operation.

Small Tools

(ID) Displays ID of small tool.
(name) Displays name of small tool.
(quantity) Displays number of small tools used in operation.

 

Regulation

(ID) Displays ID of regulation.
(name) Displays name of regulation.
Created on Displays date and exact time when the specification was created.
Changed on Display date and exact time of the last change made.
Reviewed On Display date and exact time of the last review made.
User Displays ID of user who created, made any changes or reviewed the specification.

You can restrict a drilldown report by specifying a number of levels. A report of the selected specification is created by levels. It displays the same data as in the single level report.
