Cash Register

Under the "Settings"->"Cash Register" tab we can setup other important elements of the Pantheon RA/RC cash register.

Here we can change the properties of  how  items are being displayed in the cash register. Amongst other things we can also set the mobile cash register to block negative stock, indicate low and negative stock, consolidate products, allow negative quantities, show most frequent, use vet insurance and set VKR fiscalization.  

Item display settings

Under the dropdown menu »Images in item list«  we can choose how the items in the items list   are going to be displayed in the mobile cash register. We can choose amongst the following item display types:

• List ( containing only the item title )
• Image list ( containing the item title  and  picture)
• Images ( containing the item image)

Negative stock

Negative stock means , the items can be sold despite the fact they are not available in stock. The user in the Pantheon RA/RC mobile cash register has the possibility to  change that and prevent items from being sold on negative stock. We can do that by pressing on the "Settings" button in the main menu . After pressing the button  a new window is opened, containing the mobile cash register settings. We then choose  the »Cash Register« tab. A new window is opened containing cash register settings. By pressing on the switch button under the » Block negative stock« section  , turning it blue,  it means the function was activated. By enabling this function have we prevented the item stock to turn negative. In case the switch  button » Block negative stock« is turned grey, the function will be deactivated and the Pantheon RA/RC mobile cash register will allow  adding items to the negative stock.

The function "Block negative stock "is now activated . In case we would like to sell an item that has a negative stock in the warehouse, the following message will appear:

If the switch button "Block negative stock " is colored grey,  it means the function for preventing negative stock is turned off  and  Pantheon RA/RC mobile cash register will record negative stock when an item is below zero.

Indicate low and negative stock

"Indicate low and negative stock" means,  the items that are being sold in the Pantheon RA/RC mobile cash register below minimum stock or have negative stock in the warehouse, will be marked on the cash register itself. Namen označitev nizko in negativno zalogo na sami blagajni je da sama blagajna obvešča v kolikor artikla je pod minimalno količino.

• Items with negative or 0 stock in the warehouse.

• Items below minimal stock

• Items that are above minimum stock

Če želimo označevanje nizko in negativno zalogo moramo zato označiti priklopnik “Prikaži oznake v seznamih artiklov”. V primeru, da polje za oznake v seznamu artiklov pustimo prazno, aplikacija ne bo označevala artikle v minimum količino ali negativno zalogo.
