Wizards

The Wizards functionality is located in the toolbar PANTHEON form and opens a list of useful additional functions that are preset.

On the form Classification Scheme, by clicking on the button (Wizards) next options appear:

  • Move Documents to Storage
  • Show Expired documents
  • Rebuild FTS - Rebuilds the full-text search index for all documents included in the selected FTS classifications according to the configured settings. It can be used to refresh the index if there are issues with full-text search.
