User message
With the User message block, you can write a message as a part of a workflow which is then displayed in the ChatLog window of the workflow.
The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | PANTHEON Forms.

WARNING
To run the User message block correctly, it is mandatory to select the user for which the block will be run.

The block result is written to the TaskMessage variable, which can further be used in other blocks.
Double-clicking the block User message opens the Task edit form for defining workflow settings. For more information about the form, see the chapter Task edit.
For User message, the only mandatory field to define is to select the user:

Select a person responsible from the drop-down list for whom the message will be displayed. The following options are available:
- User groups created in the Administration Panel. In this case, one task is sent to each user in the group.
- Individual created users.
- Current user – The currently logged-in user.
- Task user – The user to whom the workflow is assigned.

Form

By default, the TPAWorkFlowTaskMessage form is written in the field, which is already linked to the block with its corresponding variables and tables. For the block to work properly, do not modify this field.
