Header in Price change
Price change header contains the most important information about the document.
You can use the Tab key to move between the fields.

Document type
|
In the window under the document type, you can select among pre-prepared document types.

WARNING
Document types are predefined. In PANTHEON WEB Light, you cannot add new or change document types. You can only do this with licenses SE, ME and MF.

Warehouse
|
Select the warehouse where you want the price change to take place. The program will search for current stock and calculate the effect of price change.
Selecting the warehouse in a (new) price change document is mandatory.

Department
|
(If necessary), select the department where turnover is charged.

Status
|
When you confirm the price change document, it is automatically assigned the Confirmed status. Clicking on the Confirmation button transfers the new prices into the Items register.

Price change no.
|
This is a unique document number, comprising of: a two-digit year code, a three-digit document type code (same as in the Document Types register) and a six-digit consecutive document number. The number is automatically generated by the program and cannot be changed.
Numbering of documents can only be set with licenses LT, LX, SE, ME and MF.
The arrows in the field enable moving to the previous and the next document.
