Network Installation onto a Server

 

This chapter presents network installation of PANTHEON onto a server.

For larger or demanding users (more than 5 users in the network), it is recommended to install a special computer that takes over the role of a data server.

On this computer, the user installs the database, and only installs the PANTHEON software package on the other computers in the company.

The installation is done as follows:

1. Microsoft SQL Server

2. Downloading and Installing Microsoft Management Studio

3. Restoring Database on SQL Server

4. Adding Users to Server Level (AddUser_PAX)

5. Installing SQL for External Access

6. .ini Configuration File

7. Setting PANTHEON Clients

This concludes the installation.
