Show by users/branches

The overview of client appointments and the occupancy of the veterinary clinic can be displayed by users (veterinarians with usernames to access the program) or by branches of the veterinary clinic.

This is enabled by the switches found in the panel Show by on the module Reception.

CASE DESCRIPTION The pet owner reported that due to force majeure they cannot bring the animal to the scheduled appointment for treatment. They request to set a new proposed appointment. For this purpose, the veterinarian at the reception wants to review the already scheduled client appointment reservations to determine a new appointment together with the client. They are interested in viewing appointments by users (veterinarians) and branches of the Bestia veterinary clinic. They do this by following these steps: View by users - veterinarians View by branches

1. View by users - veterinarians

The responsible person wants to first check with which veterinarian the pet owner had a scheduled appointment that they cannot attend. 

For this purpose, they will arrange the list of all appointments so that in the panel Show by they select the switch Users, which displays the overview of appointments by users.

The company Bestia has an additional branch
