Entry in the anamnesis codebook

The veterinarian learns basic information about the anamnesis - symptoms of the disease condition occurring in the sick animal - through a conversation with the owner or caretaker of the animal. The entry of records, often heard anamneses in Anamnesis codebook, speeds up data entry on the document.

TIP
You can read more about the anamnesis codebook in the chapter of the technical manual PANTHEON VET, Anamnesis codebook.

In this chapter, we will present an example of entering a new code in the Anamnesis codebook.
 |
CASE DESCRIPTION
The veterinarian wants to enter a new anamnesis into the anamnesis codebook - preventive vaccination, which owners often request for their animal. This is done through the following steps:
- Opening the Anamnesis Codebook
- Entering a new anamnesis
|
1. Opening the Anamnesis Codebook
The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Codebooks | Anamnesis codebook.
The codebook opens with pre-prepared entries of various anamneses.

They proceed with entering a new record.
2. Entering a new anamnesis
The responsible person moves to the end of the list and, by clicking the navigation key on the keyboard
(Down) or by clicking the INSERT key, creates a new position.

In the column Code, anew sequential anamnesis code is automatically created, which the responsible person cannot change or edit. In our case, the code created is: 40.
In the column Name they define the name of the anamnesis by manually entering: Preventive vaccination.
 |
WARNING
The name must be unique and MUST NOT be repeated.
|
A more detailed description of the anamnesis is entered in the column Note: The owner wants preventive vaccination for the animal.

The toggle in the column A, defines whether the anamnesis record is active or not. When entering a new record, the toggle is automatically marked as active.
The entry is saved by clicking on the navigation keys on the keyboard
(Down) and
(Up).
 |
TIP
Deleting a record or position is possible with the key combination CTRL + DELETE.
