Veterinary

In the module Veterinary are the main functionalities of the program PANTHEON VET.
The module allows employees in veterinary clinics to keep detailed records of owners and animals, manage appointments for clients, and oversee employee availability. Animals treated in clinics or in the field have all diagnostic documentation and treatment procedures collected in one place. Veterinarians can generate orders for laboratory diagnostics from the program and review results of already returned laboratory analyses. Financial data on services performed can be printed or records can be kept for veterinary hospitals.
We access the module Veterinary from the main menu of the PANTHEON VET program.
We have prepared user instructions for you, which are divided into the following chapters:
Codes |
Veterinary clinics record data about animals and owners, species of animals, data on diagnoses, vaccinations etc. Data is collected in codes. In this chapter, we have prepared user cases for all codes, specific to PANTHEON VET. |
Reception |
In working at a veterinary clinic, we deal with managing client appointment reservations and overseeing employee availability. This is the purpose of the module Reception, which is presented in this chapter. |
Treatment |
Treatment is a key document created during each animal examination. It contains data about the owner and the animal, diagnosis, treatment procedures, vaccinations, medications used, services, etc. This chapter describes practical examples of using the treatment document. |
Animal history review |
In the animal history review we find data about the owner, the animal, and the treatments the animal has undergone. The animal's file contains data on treatment, vaccination, research, etc. This chapter describes practical examples of using the animal history review. |
Treatment billing |
Treatment billing allows for a review of all treatments based on various criteria. We can select review criteria such as period, animals, treatments, etc. The obtained data can be analyzed, emailed, etc. This chapter presents practical examples of using treatment billings. |
Online health reports |
Certain laboratories (Labokin, Zoetis-Vetscan, Idexx) provide online access to create orders, import, and review laboratory results. This chapter presents practical examples of how a veterinary clinic uses online laboratory services. |
Hospital |
The module Hospital allows for recording the health status of animals after surgery or animals that are under observation. In this chapter, we have prepared user cases for entering data about the admitted animal in the hospital. |
