6X5 - Dental Record

  

Printout 6X5 - Dental Record enables a detailed printout of dental treatments or procedures for animals. The printout displays information about each treatment separately, including data on anamnesis, diagnosis, periodontal surgery, other dental procedures, therapeutic plans, comments, and complications.

Below, we present an example of a treatment account printout - dental record.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The responsible person wants to print the dental record of the pet chihuahua Lisa for the animal owner Adam Chihuahua. They open the Treatment Account printout window, enter the criteria, select the types of treatment documents they want to include in the record printout, and choose the appropriate type of printout. This is done through the following steps:

  1. Entering criteria
  2. Dental record printout 

1. Entering criteria

The responsible person, through the menu Veterinary | Treatment Account opens the form Treatment Account for Animals where they enter the printout criteria as described in the chapter Send via email.

Once the criteria and document types are selected, they proceed with the printout.

2. Dental record printout 

The dental record is printed by double-clicking on the selected type of printout or by selecting the type of printout and clicking the button (Printout).

In our example, they double-click on Type of printout: 6X5 - Dental Record.

The following printout is displayed.
