6YJ - Total of cases - Summary by VD

Printout 6YJ - Total of cases - Summary by VD allows printing the total of cases summarized by document type.

Below we show you an example of printing the total of cases - summarized by document type.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE The responsible person wants to print the calculation of cases - summarized for all types of documents they have created. In the printout, they want to see the total sum of previous cases summarized by document type. They do this by following these steps: Opening Calculation of cases Selecting Document types Selecting Print type Print Calculation of cases - Summary by VD

1. Opening Calculation of cases

The responsible person wants to review the totals of cases - summarized by document types.

For this purpose, they select the menu Veterinary | Calculation of cases.

A form opens Calculation of animal cases. 

They continue by selecting document types.

2. Selecting Document types

Print types can be limited by selecting different criteria. 

In the section Document types, they select all types, as they want to print the calculation of cases for all types of documents.

TIP The process of creating a new type of documents can be read in the chapter Case.

They select document types by right-clicking and choosing the option: Select all.

They continue with the printout.

3. Selecting Print type

They want to print the total of cases - summarized by document type.

In the section Print type the responsible person opens the tab Summary and clicks or selects the print type: 6YJ - Total of cases - Summary by VD (as shown in the image below).

They continue with the printout.

4. Print Total of cases - Summary by VD

The responsible person opens the print preview by double-clicking on the selected print type or by selecting the print type and clicking the button  (Print).

The program opens the print window for the selected print: 6YJ - Total of cases - Summary by VD.
