Copy policy to other animals
The use of the functionality allows copying the insurance policy from the case document or animal to other animals addressed in the same case document. Data can be copied from the tab Case, Vaccination, Insurance and Service performed.
In this chapter, we will present an example of copying the insurance policy to other animals, through the use of the button 
(Copy policy to other animals). The functionality is located in the case documents, which can be found in the menu Veterinary | Case, tab Insurance.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person in the clinic created document number 23-CLI3-00014, addressing the poisoning of two dogs owned by the Shelter Mesojedi. The owner wants to use the insurance policy for the treatment of the dogs. The entered data about the policy for the addressed dog Luna wants to transfer to other animals or to another poisoned dog Eliah. This is done by following these steps:
- Using the insurance policy for the animal
- Copying the policy to other animals

1. Using the insurance policy for the animal
The responsible person on the case document, at the owner's request, uses the policy for the dog Luna, owned by the Shelter Mesojedi.
The process of using the insurance policy is described in the user case Using the insurance policy for the animal.
Continues to copy the policy to other animals.
2. Copying the policy to other animals
The responsible person goes to the tab Insurance, where they filled in the data about the policy of the addressed animal.
To copy this policy to other animals or to the dog Eliah, they click the button Copy policy to other animals.
A new form opens Transfer data.
The window shows the animals that are in the same case document.
The responsible person selects: Eliah by confirming the switch in position.
To transfer the data, they click the button Transfer data.

Reverting to the previous state is not possible!

The program displays an informational window: Data has been successfully transferred to the selected animals!
Window Confirm.
Data about the insurance policy is copied to the position of the dog Eliah (as shown in the image below).
