Document archive

It is easiest to imagine the document Archive as a wardrobe. In case of electronic documentation, the archive is part of electronic document Storage.
Documents can be arranged into different archives according to the documentation type, such as:
- Accounting documentation,
- Commercial documentation,
- Technical documentation,
- Human resources documentation, etc.
The documentation can also be arranged by location/places/business units, such as:
- Celje Archive
- Maribor Archive, etc.
In PANTHEON, there is one default archive, but you can arrange separated archives for different document types, according to company needs.
This chapter presents:
Creating an Archive
|
For placing specific types of PANTHEON documents into documentation, you can use the pre-prepared PANTHEON Archive DMS0 or create your own archive, according to your company needs.

In the Document types register, select a suitable Archive and default classification from the Classification Scheme for all document types that you want to store electronically. For issuing document types, also determine the Transaction type, for faster work.
