Creating a Template for Email and SMS Notification Service

You can create a template for simpler and quicker sending of email and SMS messages in PANTHEON.

The email and SMS message sending form can be currently found in the Orders | Purchase Order Reports module, in line:
- 100 – Orders Report - Summary by Subjects
- 10Q – Orders Report - Summary by Consignees

The following is an example of creating a template for sending email and SMS messages.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wishes to prepare a template for faster and easier sending of email and SMS messages from Purchase Order Reports. This is done by following these steps:
- Open Purchase Order Reports
- Creating a template

1. Open Purchase Order Reports
For the creation of the template, the person responsible opens the Orders | Purchase Order Reports module.
In the right side of the window, in the section Document Types the person responsible selects all types.

Then the person responsible selects Report Type: 100 – Orders Report – Summary by Subjects.
When a certain report type is selected, the Send the notification via email button will appear.

The person responsible clicks the button and the Send note via email window will open.
In the bottom of the window that opens up, the person responsible double-clicks into the Template field.

An empty form of the E-Mail and SMS Templates register opens up, as it is shown in the picture below.

The person responsible clicks on the
Insert Record button.
They the person responsible types in the name that they would like to see on the drop-down list into the template Name field.
The Subject field will be automatically copied into the Email subject field: Price change LARA3.
Then the person responsible also types into the Specification Text field, in this case writing:
"Dear customer,
We would like to inform you that the retail price for the LARA3 TENT is being changed.
If you wish to purchase the products for the price listed on the current price list, please confirm your orders until 30.12.2022.
Kind regards!"

The template is saved by clicking the
(Post edit) button.
