Utilizing AION in PANTHEON

AION is also integrated into the PANTHEON program. AION can help you find answers to your questions, direct you in your work, advise you with business questions, and offer links to instructions and other materials.

AION can be found in the menu Help | AION.

This chapter presents a practical case of using AION in PANTHEON.

CASE SUMMARY

When creating a sales document in PANTHEON, the person responsible notices that the goods are not listed under the correct issue warehouse. The person responsible wants to quickly transfer the goods between warehouses, and utilizes AION's help. This is done as follows:

  1. Selecting AION
  2. Entering a Question
  3. Reviewing the Answer

1. Selecting AION

The person responsible wants to use AION in PANTHEON.

In the menu, the person responsible selects Help | AION.

AION recognises the logged in user, selects the correct guide according to the user's position, and sets the correct localization language.

HINT
  • To change the language in the AION chat window, click the flag and select a new language.
  • To change the guide type, select for PANTHEON and select a new guide.

Next, the person responsible enters a question.

2. Entering a Question

The person responsible wants to find out how to transfer goods between warehouses in PANTHEON.

The person responsible enters the question and sends it to AION by clicking the button or pressing the Enter key.

Next, the person responsible reviews the answer.

3. Reviewing the Answer

AION offers an answer with a description of the process step by step.

AION also offers a link to the corresponding instructions on the UserSite that contain a detailed description.

The person responsible opens the link to the instructions by clicking the link.

The web browser opens the corresponding related detailed instructions.

As AION's answer was suitable, the person responsible selects the Yes button.

IMPORTANT
  • If you want additional information, select the No button and ask AION further questions or ask for further explanation.
