Sorting Tasks

Tasks that we have assigned to ourselves or have been created from eWorkflows are equipped with a lot of data.
A task can have a certain type of priority, tasks can be carried out by different employees of the company, tasks are created with a certain date and must be carried out to a certain deadline, etc.
If we want to find a certain task faster, we can help ourselves by sorting tasks. We use the sorting feature by clicking the title of the desired task in the Table of tasks.
Tasks can thus be sorted in an ascending or a descending order. The task sorting feature is available in the Tab view on the To-Do form.

CASE SUMMARY
In the accounting department, Ashley Accountant has taken over certain tasks from a co-worker, who is unexpectedly absent. Because it is the end of the month, resolving certain tasks is a priority.
For an easier organisation of her work, she will sort the tasks by priority on the task list. She will do this in the following way:
|
The person responsible wants to sort tasks according to the Priority field.
The person responsible does this by clicking on the title line of the selected column in the Table of tasks.

The program will sort the entire list of tasks in an ascending manner.
High priority tasks with the label '1 – High priority' will be on top.

If the person responsible clicks the title line of the selected column again, the sorting will be done in the opposite manner, in this case descending.
Tasks with the label '10 – Low priority' will be on top.
