Login to PANTHEON Web

In this chapter, we will walk you through the process of logging in to PANTHEON WEB.

CASE SUMMARY The user with active PANTHEON Web licence runs PANTHEON Web access page. The Login to PANTHEON Web page opens, in which the user's user name, password and database (company) information must be entered for a successful login. The user logs in to the program by following the steps below: Opening PANTHEON Web login page Selecting the user Entering the password Selecting the company Login Login using multi-factor authentication

1. Opening PANTHEON Web login page

When you run the PANTHEON Web access page a PANTHEON Web login window will appear in web browser.

2. Selecting the user

To log in successfully, the user enters their user name into the User field of the login window.  

3. Entering the password

To access the program, the user enters their password into the Password field.

HINT Passwords can also be changed in the User settings.

4. Selecting the company

The user enters associated database in the fiel Company field.

5. Login

After filling the login fields, the user clicks the Login button to enter PANTHEON Web program.

6. Login using multi-factor authentication

If Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is set up, in the next step, enter the code received on your phone number.

IMPORTANT: If users in your company use several different licences, a pop-up window is displayed when logging in, where you can select the licence that you want to log in with. User licences are set in User Settings.
