40E - Resource Usage from Maintenance Sum by Item

The 40E - Resource Usage from Maintenance Sum by Item report shows all the resources,  detailed data about the maintenance of resources and planned use of resources, according to the parameters from the Maintenance Report form.

You can open the report by selecting 40E - Resource Usage from Maintenance Sum by Item from the Maintenance Report form, which can be opened by clicking the (Reports) button in the toolbox of the Resources register.

Below is a description of the report’s features.

1. Information about the report

This section contains information about the report.

Company

Displays the information about the company that the report is generated for.

User

Displays the user who generated the report.

Report Generated

Displays the time when the report was generated.
Status  Displays the statuses of resources shown.

Work

Displays if the work resources are shown.

Cumulative

Displays if the cumulative resources are shown.

External

Displays if the external resources are shown.
Print Data Displays the information about which data to show on report (for the mainetnace or from the maintenance).

2. Resource data

This section contains data about the resource.

Resource

Displays the ID and the name of the resource.

Maintenance Type

Displays the maintenance type, set on the resource in the  Maintenance tab of the Resources register.

Servicing Interval

Displays the servicing interval, set on the resource in the  Maintenance tab of the Resources register.

Warning at <

Displays the warning, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.

3. Maintenance data

This section contains detailed data about maintenance on the resource.

Type

Displays the type of service done on the resource.
Start Displays the start date of the maintenance

Counter

Displays the quantity of pieces or working hours done on the resource at the time of service.

Maintainer

Displays the person responsible for the service.

Report No.

Displays the number of the document linked to the service.

End

Displays the end date of the maintenance
Type Displays the type of production.
Item Displays the ID of the item in production.
Name Displays the name of the item in production.
Qty. Displays the quantity on WO.
U/M Displays the unit of measurement.
