Maintenance

The Maintenance tab of the Resources register allows you to plan and report maintenance and services made on the resource.

Here you can specify the maintenance type and servicing intervals, and you can create and review service reports. Additionaly a warning can be set to notify you of upcoming maintenance or service.

Below is a description of the tab’s features.

1. Maintenance parameters

In this section, you can define the maintenance type and the servicing interval, and you can also create a new service report.

Maintenance Type

Select the maintenance type from the dropdown menu.

There are two options:

  • By manufactured pieces – by choosing this option, you can set the servicing interval according to the number of items produced on the resource.
  • By working hours - by choosing this option, you can set the servicing interval according to the time of the work done on the resource.

Servicing Interval

Enter the amount of selected units you wish to set for an interval between services. 

U/M

Select a unit of measurement for servicing interval.

The options are:

  • ACD - Days of accounting
  • ANN - Year
  • BOX - Box
  • DAY - Day
  • DL - Deciliter
  • GB - Gigabyte
  • GRAM- Gram
  • HUR - Hour
  • KGM - Kilogram
  • KMT - Kilometer
  • kWh - Kilowatt hour
  • LTR - Liter
  • MHR - Man-hour
  • MIN - Minute
  • MMT - Milimeter
  • MTH - Month
  • MTR - Meter
  • PAL - Pallet
  • PCE - Piece
  • PCG - Package
  • PCS - Pieces
  • SEC - Second
  • SQM - Square meter
  • VAL - Value
  • WK - Week

Warning at <

Enter the amount of units, before the deadline for the next maintenance.

If this field is set, you’ll get a warning about the maintenance needed on a specified time, before the deadline is reached.

Get Qty. from Work Report

If selected, the program gets the amount of pieces produced from the work reports.

The radio box is only visible if By manufactured pieces maintenance type is selected.

Get Qty. from WO Receivings

If selected, the program gets the amount of pieces produced from the WO receiving documents.

The radio box is only visible if By manufactured pieces maintenance type is selected.

New Service By clicking the button, you open a Resource Maintenance form for reporting new maintenance or service on the resource.
Open Internal WO By clicking the button, a Create Service WO form is opened for creation of service WO for resource servicing.

 

2. Table of reported services

In this section, the records of services are visible with all their data.

Open maintenance

By clicking the wrench icon (), you open the Resource Maintenance form, where you can review or edit the service data.

Type

Displays the type of maintenance.

Maintenance Start

Displays the start time of maintenance.

Counter

Displays the amount of pieces produced, or the amount of working hours, at the time of maintenance.

Note

Displays the note from the Resource Maintenance form.

Maintainer

Displays the name of the person or company from Subjects register, that did the maintenance.

Report No.

Displays the report number from the Resource Maintenance form.

Maintenance End

Displays the end time of maintenance.

Internal WO Displays the key of the Service WO documentif it was created.
